Patrick Flynn is an award-winning filmmaker and playwright from Wilmington, Delaware. His short films have been shown at the Georgetown Independent Film Festival (2002, Best Mockumentary), the DC Shorts Film Festival, and have been a “Best Of City” selection in both the Washington, DC and Los Angeles 48 Hour Film Projects. His plays have been produced by the New York Fringe Festvial, Contemporary Stage Company, and American University’s Department of Performing Arts. In 2008, he directed & co-wrote the web series Keith Powell Directs a Play starring & co-written by 30 Rock’s Keith Powell. He has also directed all the videos on Mr Powell’s website www.PowellToThePeople.net. Patrick was the first student selected by American University to be mentored by Academy Award-winning director Barry Levinson. He lives in Los Angeles. He currently lives in Los Angeles where he and his wife are expecting their first child in February.
